Coach with Depth
Transformational Coach Training is HCC’s flagship, face-to-face certification programme for those who want more than just a credential. It’s designed for people who want to coach with depth — and have the guidance and structure to do it well.
Unlike many online courses, this is an immersive, small group experience.
Across four in-person modules you will:
Accreditation Path
An ICF Level 2 Accredited Programme. A direct-entry route to your ACC or PCC credential.
Mentor coaching, observed sessions, and performance evaluation are fully integrated. By the end, you’ll be prepared for the final ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment with confidence.
