Career Navigator (CN) is HCC’s signature career development solution designed to facilitate emerging talents to rise and thrive in their career.
Grounded on the Model of Career and Achievement Motivation proposed by Farmer[1], CN is designed to ignite talents’ aspiration, mastery motivation and career motivation. With a series of reflective and supportive coaching dialogues, talents collaborate with our professional coaches and consultants to observe and fumble with their inner beliefs, strengths, and blockages.
We leverage a range of interactive workshops, psychological tools and models to facilitate talents to discover and pursue their true talents and aspirations.
